Profile Stack 2D Detail object

A GDL object that automatically generates a joinery section detail (window/door) by vertically stacking 3 ArchiCAD complex profiles — Head, Glazing, Sill — without having to redraw the section by hand for each configuration.

What it actually does:

Stacks the 3 complex profiles into a single coherent section, with cut fills and cut pens picked up automatically from each component's building material (REQUEST("Profile_component_info", ...) + Building_Material_info).

The glazing stretches freely in height via a single hotspot placed on the origin of the Sill profile (not on some arbitrary corner of the bounding box) — the displayed value is the actual distance between the origin of the Head profile and that of the Sill, not just a raw height.

Pre-registered type system: up to 10 profile combinations (Head/Glazing/Sill) can be saved in advance and selected either from a dropdown in the interface, or directly by clicking a small triangular button placed to the left of the object in plan view — letting you cycle through several standard joinery details without reopening the settings.

Profile selection is filtered by the Object profile type, so the list doesn't get cluttered with wall/beam/column profiles.

Interesting. If only there was some way to include none BM elements within the CP, so that you could include brush seals as simple lines. There is no way to force the removal of Cut Lines as the profile junction edges is there...?

ps. What are the 3 editable hotspots off to the side for? They all just seem to step through the active types in order?

-You can always hide all but one edge in your fill to have only one line. Only limitation is splines and texts.

-Thanks to your question I found a bug in my objet and in the GDL center documentation: Line type wasn't read by the script and was always displaying solid line.

-I'm trying to find a way to help my colleagues differantiate moving hotspot and ON/OFF hotspot. Duplicate hotspots with a form ( 3 hotspots forming a triangle) will be my first try!

-Possibility to choose between 3 or 5 profiles. When choosing 5 profiles, a new hotspot appears to slide the intermediate profile ont the Y axis.
