Multiple story zones

Hello everyone,

I have a new problem at the office that is taking us a long time to solve because we do it manually.

We have some duplex appartements and we would like to show the surface of both stories with one zone stamp (there is a double height zone so it's not exactly the double):

Is there a way to make the zone tool show the surfaces of 2 stories added or any other solution that you know of?

I think that you can use GDL in order to show the area multiplied by a factor in your zone stamp.

Applying a multiplying factor is ok if all the apartments are identical, but in this case every apartment is different.

Is there a way to add 2 surfaces in different stories and show the result with GDL?
