If I have a stair anchored on the basement level I want it to show up with solid lines and an UP arrow until the 4' cut plane where I then want it to switch to dashed lines and I want the up arrow to either continue or go away. On the first floor I want the down arrow to point down and for the whole stair to be solid lines. I can get the lines to show up as described on each floor, but then the arrows will only face the correct direction on one floor.
