Those are favorites missing the parts. You can just delete the favorites.

Window > Palettes > Favorites

That should open the 'manager' for the favorites and you should be able to find the ones missing parts and delete them or update them to the correct new part.

<T>Hello,

I installed archicad 20, before I had archicad 19. Many elements are now missing in the library. Is there an option that I download library for previous version?
Or can I just install version 19 again and have both and I will get my library back?

Thank you for help</T>

You can try loading the 19 Migration Library in addition to the AC 20 Library, look for it at Applications > Graphisoft > ARCHICAD 20 > ARCHICAD Migration Libraries > ARCHICAD 19 Migration Library.
Hello,
thank you for answers!
I tried to load objects again, but it didn't work.

I can't find ArchiCAD Library 19 online to import it into manually ...

I just wanted to know if it's possible somehow otherwise, I can just change objects for objects from library 20.

But is a problem sometimes when I open old projects in new versions ...
