Maybe it is using a scheme that has different detail settings.
Just changing the MVO may change what you see on screen but as soon as you use one of the views it will revert back to what was saved with that view.

So you either need to modify the MVO scheme ('Store As' and overwrite an existing scheme) which will affect all views using that scheme or set your view to use a different MVO scheme that has the settings you want.

<R>I have a problem with the model view settings in archicad 20. When placing a standard door on the floor plan and setting a model view option with a certain amount of detail for the display of the door on the plan, the program doesn't show my changes. When I'm trying to lower the detail level from the model view options, still no changes on the actual floor plan. I've tried doing this in archicad 19 and it works fine. Does anyone know what the actual problem could be? THX</R>
