<T>hi all,

Anyone knows an Label that is pointing at an object A (library part), is then displaying object B's 2D View (depending on the object A's name)?

... or shorter:
The Label shall display specific 2D symbols for speciffc objects.

Thanks for any hint!
Could you post a screenshot of how this would look?
I think I understand what you mean but the screenshot would help.

1 - is the 3D object, a socket for example

2 - is the 2D symbol for the socket.

We must be able to move the 2D symbol independently from the 3D object.

We desgin hospitals and there are tons of other media connections required, so we cant use any of the existing GDL objects like the <S></S>Elektro-Tool - ACB.<E></E>.

Thanks!
I do not think any such Label is available in the default library.
It is probably possible to achieve using GDL, but I am afraid you would have to either script it yourself or hire someone to do it for you.
If you are doing hospitals, you may have the budget for it.
