    <description>Hi, we looked at the file and yes, the middle segment is filled with the same gray color as the wall. The reason is that the Renovation Status of the door is "To be Demolished". Once you change the renovation status or the renovation filter itself, the visibility of the door will be as expected.&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>Version / build of AC (19 as in your profile?  But your version of El Capitan is out of date there...),  - all windows/doors?  all wall types?  etc.?  The screenshot shows such a big error, something else must be going on or you'd see 100's of posts about the issue.&lt;BR /&gt;

Save a module of the wall with the door in it, zip it, and post here for someone to look at... and/or contact tech support.</description>
