You can use a free object "Magic Tools" from the firm OneTools.de:

<T>Hi, What's the situation for this request? I have a spline shaped balcony which I want to model in detail with the railing. It's a simple railing but quite dense. 100 mm between the vertical members. It would take me quite a while to do this manually. Any ideas or methods? I've been away from ArchiCAD for a few years and am cathing up.
ARCHICAD 19 has new Snap Point Variant that helps in this:

<LINK_TEXT text="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1DDeHTG ... cfscL-VNEX">https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1DDeHTGuaKc&index=24&list=PLnXY6vLUwlWXj_1QX5iXbZ0cfscL-VNEX</LINK_TEXT>

The "Along Entire Element" option would handle this situation.
