Did you start your project based on a default AC19 template?
Or do you just use the settings of a PRevious project?
When you start based on a default template it should work and all Surface attributes should be in the Project File.

<T>I am working in Archicad19 and I am finding that all of the library objects I use do not have surfaces. All of the predetermined surfaces are missing. It takes a long time to go through each object i use and add all of the materials needed to make the object look correct. I do not have any missing items on the library manager either. Can Someone Please help?</T>

We were working with a template that has been updated throughout the years. I started a new template from archicad 19 and the issue is resolved. Thank you.
