Roof Surfacer - what a great tool......but

is there anyway to be able to "move" the nodes of the roof surfacer object around?
I can grab a node...but there is no palette option to move the actual node around. I can only "rotate" or "move" the entire surface?

Also.....cutting holes in the roof surface object?
how's that possible?

The object is mapped to the roof. move a roof node the object moves, add a hole to the roof, and the object should get a hole

Sorry....but the object isn't mapped to the roof.
it seems I move nodes on the roof all over the place and the "roof surfacer" didn't do anything.
Also....angles. Seems there's a glitch in how the object adjusts the roof slope angle.
Doesn't seem to work properly.

Have you got the accessories add-on installed Rob?
Go to the Help menu then Archicad 19 Downloads.
Follow that to find the accessories add-on!

Yes, accessories-add on is installed, how else would I be able to access the roof surfacer unless there is some other part of the accessory add-on I need installing.
I'm using AC18 by the way.

thats the tricky thing with the accessories you can send a file with them in and they appear the way they should even if the add-on isn't installed.
Next one though, what hotfix number are you running mate?
I think the 5100 hotfix had an issue that was unlinking accessories.

Try the new 7002 hotfix mate.
That might be the fix you need.
