<T>I'm creating a parametric Bike Parking Stall object that has three variants. Two of these are single stalls and count as such in a schedule without any additional scripting.

The third type is a stacked stall and is actually 4 stalls in a single instance of the part.

Is there a way to have this third variant alter it's value to 4 without creating another parameter for listing purposes?</T>

Not if you are only placing one object.
That will only ever count as one object.
You have to schedule the additional parameter in the object that allows you to choose the number of stalls.
