      <description>When you save a PDF it should look exactly the same as it does in the layout sheet. If the master has graphical info like a titleblock and company logos, this will also appear in the PDF.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
If you can't see this in the layout check that 'Master Items on Layout' is turned on in the On-screen view options toolbar.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
The best practice is to put construction notes in the individual views rather than directly onto a layout sheet otherwise the text could easily be lost if the view is moved between layout sheets.&lt;BR /&gt;
