Are you fooling with me?

I feel that i should warn you that you'll be wasting your time trying to learn Archicad if you lack the insight to transpose backwards to a prior training guide once someone has even supplied the title of the article you need to see.

Guides are accessed through the "Help" menu as with any other software.

Also: You might now understand that when posting a question it is important to publish your software and hardware in your post signature to avoid wasting time since different Archicad versions sometimes have different solutions.

You'll be making an object.

See:

AC11 reference guide page 232 "Saving 3D models as Objects"

Many users keep a special layer or story in their project to build elements.
