      <title>Broken PC - Licence Problem</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;a user PC got stuck at boot and i had to reinstall windows, being unable to unlink the license.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Now he downloads again the software but the license seems to be stuck to the old windows installation.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any idea which not involve the local reseller as it's kind of urgent?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You have to call Graphisoft and they can reset it. The only way.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When you try to start Archicad without a licence, you should be offered to use an emergency licence.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This should keep you going for a few days - it will expire after 5 days I think.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;But you must contact your local support to get the original license reset to your company pool.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
