Archicad11 EDU version Error Missing GSRoot.Dll

I am having some difficult time trying to run this program. Everything was installed correctly and (enough space in my hdd as well) all the options were checked as well. When I try to run the program, I get this error message pop-up "Missing GSRoot.dll Try Re-installing" I have re-installed 6 times already and tried everything I could think of. But still doesn't work. What am I doing wrong? Anyone ??? HELP PLEASE!!

First,

Posting the same thread three times is not necessary and it is frowned upon.

Second,

I assumed since it is a missing DLL that it is a windows problem, but which flavor Xp, Vista, Home, Pro.
I am assuming that your system complies with the minimum requirements for AC.
That information is very (extremely) important.

Third, options

1. Redownload the file and try to reinstall.
2. Verify that video card drivers are current for your system
3. Verify that you have Admin rights
4. Verify that your AntiVirus is not deleting or putting the file in quarantine.
