im trying to make a multiple copy of 4 storey building, but i can copy one  storey at the time when in 2d, i wonder how can i get all the storeys  at one go, i know you can copy  when you in 3d view but i don't want that.&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>With your marquee tool, use the 'All Floors' selection method. That's the thick marquee, not the thin one.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Place a marquee that encompasses your entire model on all stories and don't have any elements selected.&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>Another method would be to place the other building as a multi-story hotlink, then unlink it.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
That would bring in all the information on all stories as well. It has the added benefit that you only have to open one file (but you do have to sit through Archicad unlinking the file, which can take a minute)</description>
