GRAPHISOFT License Manager Tool - Windows 11 , Secure Boot issue

I am not able to use the GRAPHISOFT License Manager Tool on Windows 11. It does not allow me to open this utility and therefore I am not able to use Archicad 26. I had this problem on a previous PC and when I activated Secure Boot in my BIOS the problem stopped. I tried this fix in my current BIOS but it did not fix the error. Please help.

Can you share some screenshots about what happened? Which type of license you're using, hardware key or software key? Or was it an EDU/Trial license?

Technically, you can use newer Archicad versions without the need of License Manager Tool. Moreover, I don't think Secure Boot is the problem here.
