Move license from one pc to another

Hello dear community, i got a trouble that i cannot migrate from my old pc to the new one because the license key is programmed by this pc and i don't know how can i detach. I don't have physical key what can i do in this case ?

Did you try opening the GS Licence Manager, upload the licence to the cloud on the old computer and then downloading to the new one?

Hi, I have a similar problem, i.e. I uploaded the license on the old computer using GS License Manager, but I can't see it on the new one. We have more computers and on some the license is visible and on others it is not.
