shows offline when try to log in

Hi,

I downloaded achicad 26 solo on two computers. we have two licenses which are to download in the license manager tool. Everytime when i will log myself in, it shows me either "i am offline" or "Connection to the server could not be astablished".

i tried with safari and chrome as a browser.

i have no idea, because at the second computer everything is working perfectly.

can anybody help me? Or had the same problem?

If you can’t login using browsers on one computer, it’s possible that something is blocking it on the system level. you may want to check your firewall settings. another suggestion is to check the hosts file:

On macOS: open the Terminal on macOS (Finder > Utilities > Terminal), then run the following command (requires admin rights and password):

sudo nano /etc/hosts

Once the file is opened, check if there’s anything inside related to Graphisoft and delete them
