Revit comes in a 'Lite' version that costs ~$520/year, , and I've been finding it frustrating trying to find out how much ArchiCAD SE, or 'Start' costs to compare.</P><P>These days, I don't assume that something is legitimate just because it's at the top of google search results. That said, there is a website that purports to sell the full version of ArchiCAD for $499. The chatbot says it's a lifetime license and they can offer that because they bought "volume licensing".
