i seem to be having a lot of trouble adding someone to my company pool. The email address is a graphisoft ID account. I keep getting a error message pop up and can't for the life of me work out why

Might be a problem with the Graphisoft website.
I just signed in to my Graphisoft ID and I got a quick flash of an error message (couldn't catch what it said), but then it went away and I logged in OK.

Maybe try a different browser if you can.
I find sometimes their websites are a bit finicky with certain browsers.
I find Mozilla Firefox work pretty well.
Hello,

Thank you very much for the question and I am sorry for the experience!

In this case, if the Company Admin tries to invite a GSID user who is inappropriate for the invite for the following reasons,

The GSID user is already a member of the target GSID Company

<LIST><S>[list=]</S>
The GSID user is already a member of another GSID Company

<LIST><S>[list=]</S>
The GSID user is already an admin/contract manager of the target GSID Company

The GSID user is already an admin/contract manager of another GSID Company

The GSID user already has a pending invitation to the target GSID Company

The GSID user already has a pending invitation to another GSID Company

they will get the "An error has occurred. Please try again later." message.

Could you please see if that is the case?
Thank you very much!

Best regards,
Minh</LIST></LIST>

The solution is to make another graphisoft ID for that invited member?
