Not enough information.

Education licenses expire every year and you need to update your registration if you are still a student.

Hi, I did it. New license has been aproved. When i want to update, they say that mine account has been blocked

Have you contacted your local reseller directly to assist?

You are highly unlikely to be able to get licensing issues resolved through this forum directly.

I assume you downloaded the software and applied for the license on MyAchicad website?

If so there should be a contact link there.

If not try this one and see what it gives you.
