archicad 19 code meter is not working.

I am using archicad 19 code meter. it is suddenly stopped working and showing "No code meter is connected. I checked in other system and also checked in graphisoft licence manager, it is showing the same error. I also tried to uninstall the code meter and installed again it is the same error.
pls help me to make my code meter work again.

Could it be that the dongle itself has become faulty?
When you attach it, does its little Notification Icon appear in the Task bar, saying "1 CmContainer connected"?
Also, does it appear as a drive named "CODEMETER" in the file system?

No. In task bar it shows " no code meter is connected"
yes, in driver it appear as " CODEMETER" i can see in file system.

I am no expert in this but I would suspect a faulty hardware dongle in this case. The driver seems to be working correctly, but when you plug in your Codemeter dongle it does not recognize it.

You can try plugging it into another USB port, maybe then it works. If not, you might want to contact your local reseller to help you with it. They may need to replace it if it is faulty.
