Archicad 28 - technology preview - access issues

We have two commercial licences; however, we can't access the technology preview. Is anyone experiencing the same?
Any help would be more than welcome.

Operating system used: Mac Intel-based Ventura 13.4.1

Even after you input your e-mail and password?

Are you using the license registered for the Tech Preview?

Hi,

I had the same issue, that was because i was already connected with my Graphisoft ID before running ArchiCad 28.

Just disconnect you, restart ArchiCad 28 a window for Graphisoft ID connection will be displayed.

For me that solved the issue.

when one upgrades to the next version, is it the perpetual license version?
