Archicad educational license taking too long

A month ago, I've applied for the educational license along with the proves for the one year renewal, but it has been a month now and i still haven't receive anything yet. I want to know if i did something wrong when applying for the license, so i can correct it.

Operating system used: Windows 11

Try sending an email to edu@graphisoft.com using the email address associated with your myarchicad account.

Mention that you applied a month ago and still haven't heard back.
