    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same problem&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;"connection to the server could not be established". I use a perpetual license for archicad 26, also didn't install the security update because it's supposed to be for Archicad 22-25, so i'm not really sure how to fix it, should i install the update or does anyone have any solution? Thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to upload my software license to the pool and it wont connect to the server and complete it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am doing this from ArchiCAD 24 and only did this late last week successfully.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am signed into the License pool and it is not appearing as available to download to my other new computer which has AC 27 installed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had done this last week as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;urgent assistance required please&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="courier new,courier" color="grey"&gt;Operating system used: &lt;EM&gt;Windows &lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Immediately after I typed this out and sent it I spotted the large bit of text at the top of the screen mentioning that as of the 6th of that month which was the day before, Graphisoft had done an update to the licensing software for versions 22 -25 so of course I did that and it worked immediately. Problem solved. Thanks for your reply though. Same solution which would have been spot on. Cheers&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The License Manager Tool has to be updated regardless of the Archicad version, please install the update to resolve the issue. We have updated the article and Graphisoft Insights post accordingly.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks a lot, that helped!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BUT please: I updated the Archicad which doesn't work anymore with my key, no usable error message, no warning.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Somehow I realise that I need to update the key as well. But the program which updates the key doesn't work...&amp;nbsp;no usable error message...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I finally end up in a forum (thanks again!) so I can realise that I need to update the Licence manager so I can update the key.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope my Archicad will work after restarting - it is nor working now and the update finished without any message...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Update: I missed the message that I need to Update the CodeMeter driver as well. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":confused_face:"&gt;😕&lt;/span&gt; So finally I tried it, but I still have the error message from&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Licence Manager, anyway I just pressed 'Cancel' (logical choice isn't it?) and I updated the licence... Fingers crossed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could it be any more complicated? Maybe another key which we use to make the Licence Manager work?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
