Connect Graphisoft ID with Archicad EDUCATIONAL License

Hello, I was trying to download Enscape. And it said ''We noticed that your GSID hasn’t been connected with an Archicad license yet. Before getting your Forward/SSA promotional Enscape offer, please follow these steps:''

But I can not follow the steps because of the first step: ''1. Open Archicad, and in the Help > License Information dialog, click on the Connect Graphisoft ID with License button.'' I CAN NOT the key is locked. I don't know how to fix and explain,

so I add photos here.

Does anyone know how to unlock this with Educational version of Archicad.

Please any answer, it is urgent...

Have you signed in Archicad with your Graphisoft ID?

Go to the HELP menu and choose 'Sign in' if you haven't.

AFAIK SSA/Forward is not available for students so you will not be able to add that particular Enscape offer to your ID.

Hi, to get the escape license you have to register on their site. It is not possible to connect the Archicad Edu license to obtain the Enscape one
