Need help with renewing educational license

Dear Graphisoft Community,

I have applied for another year and successfully renewed my Archicad 27 Educational License. I can see that only the license for the International Version has been updated and it shows the date until Jan 2025. I have activated with no problem. However, the German Version still does not give me a new serial number to activate. I have tried to redownload as well as make it my favorite version as suggested but it still does not work and the date is still showing 'Gültig bis: 16.02.2024'.

Hi, I checked your account.

Your license has been approved, and now you can use Archicad 27 German.

You can find your serial number on your profile after logging in to your Myarchicad account.

I have exactly the same problem. After applying for next year it only renewed International Version.
My Polish License expired 27.03.2025.

Hi , I'm having difficulty renewing my education license, the 1 year renewal won't show up on my graphisoft account , I've been trying for 2 weeks now and I have no idea why its not appearing.

Please check your accounts, both of you should have a valid EDU license by now.

@Pepita7312 your license for Archicad 26 Polish version is granted.
