    <description>&lt;P&gt;So had to delete my anti-virus. I then had to remove the license manager definition from the windows firewall. This seems to have worked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>License Manager Problem</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since yesterday (15/9/25) I have not been able to download my license using the license manager tool (stuck at step 2/4). I can sign in and see that my license is available for download but when I click download I get the error "connection to server could not be established".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am on Windows 11 using Archicad 25&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Things I have tried so far.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL class="lia-list-style-type-circle"&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Uninstall and reinstalling the license manager including security update.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Used another machine (my laptop) same issue&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Tried running as admin&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Tried running in compatibility mode&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Used my phones mobile network rather than my main internet connection to try and connect.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Repaired codemaster installation&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be much appreciated&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="courier new,courier" color="grey"&gt;Operating system used: &lt;EM&gt;Windows 11&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="tool stuck.jpg" style="width: 657px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.graphisoft.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/92027i91C3CBC37DA4D382/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="tool stuck.jpg" alt="tool stuck.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="codemaster.jpg" style="width: 602px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.graphisoft.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/92028iFA4D97C94B15DF5B/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="codemaster.jpg" alt="codemaster.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
