      <description>&lt;P&gt;We’re facing the exact same issue. Recently, we had to switch from software keys to the cloud license and migrate our BIMcloud to continue using the software with our consultant team. This transition has been time-consuming and costly, and GS’s support has been spotty at best. Now, some team members need to upload the old software key to access features associated with the new cloud licenses, such as accessing the new BIMCloud and publishing BIMx models. However, they’re unable to do so until the old keys are uploaded, which they can’t seem to do. I reached out to GS yesterday, but I haven’t heard back. This entire situation is causing significant disruption.&amp;nbsp; Is everyone at GS taking some well-deserved time off after developing the quick rotate feature on 29?!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you installed the latest version of License Manager from Graphisoft’s website? I know there were updates to support around the cloud license workflow. We’re on Mac and using both the software perpetual keys and the new collaborate cloud keys and are able to successfully upload and download them on Sequoia and Tahoe using intel and ARM based Macs.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It looks like this issue can be caused by a graphics card driver update but if using Mac, that shouldn’t be the issue. Or, an issue with allowing cookies through the internet browser.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have downloaded the latest version - which will not run on my Mac apparently. And, I have tried the latest download for the legacy. But, nothing works. They have created some problem over the weekend. Please fix it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try updating Archicad 26 to Update 5, that had some improvements to do with allowing Archicad 26 to work with the new cloud based licensing system and may also be impacted by the license manager for perpetual licenses. I think the build is 7004. Hopefully that will resolve it for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm afraid I know the answer to this one, but is it possible to go back to a physical key? Even when LMT is letting me login, it often hangs in the process somewhere from all the computers I have used it on. Physical key is seeming like the best thing at the moment. You can at least get work done. Very frustrating. It was working fine on Friday.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

As I say, we’re all Mac based in our office with a mix of Intel and Apple Silicon machines and Sequoia and Tahoe macOS and none of us have an issue being able to access License Manager.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have not contacted local support but will look into that (I am not sure who that would be as of right now).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will try not to be too wordy, but it seems I got it working for now. I had tried the latest version of LMT but it would refuse to launch on my iMac despite it appearing to be within the system requirements listed for LMT. When I installed the LMT, it created a folder "License Manager Tool (Intel Based Mac)". I renamed the folder to "License Manager Tool" and it now launches and with the new version of LMT I get the sign in window as expected and it appears to be working. I have tested this twice by renaming the folder and putting the "(Intel Based Mac)" back in the folder name and it prevents LMT from launching. Still not sure why, as I thought "()" were allowed in folder names. I tried this just on a whim, looking for anything that could be keeping the app from launching. So, posting this for anyone that comes behind. Try downloading/installing the newest version of LMT. If the folder it creates includes "(Intel Based Mac)" or something like that in the folder name, rename the folder so it is just called "License Manager Tool" and see if that works for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Graphisoft NA was able to fix a "de-sync problem" and has us revoke and re-assign licenses to everyone This now gives everyone access to bimCloud SaaS.&amp;nbsp; Thank you to Ors Renyi for the help.&amp;nbsp; It does appear that the US version of the LMT still to not work on older Versions of MacOS, meaning we have perpetual licenses/subscription software keys stuck on some workstations.&amp;nbsp; I don't think this is a huge issue at the moment, but we will see.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;At some point I will try the workaround that&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.graphisoft.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/12457"&gt;@Phil&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;mentioned to see if we can get them uploaded.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
