I have never heard of Archicad Global.

Can you give more information about this?

But as it is your first post, I will give you the benefit of the doubt if you can explain where you have see the term 'Archicad Global'.

You purchase a license to suit the language you want to work with.

International (or INT) is a generic English language version with a generic template.
