Do note, if you are using a Cloud Licence, you are limited to AC26+

That is a good point.

We purchased some extra cloud licenses for 29, even though we are still using 25 at present.

I asked if we could get a software license as well so we could run 25, but my provider said no.

So that forced us to use 26 for those new people.
