How to create Archicad zones with Grasshopper in-between walls

I was watching this short film:

The outcome is what I’m looking for. But can’t get it to work. In the comments the author states to do the following: use the walls, get their geometry, create a unique solid, split it to get the curves, and finally create the zones. I’ve tried a million options but can’t get it to work. Does someone created something like this before?
