Grasshopper-Archicad 28 Live Connection can't find Rhino 7 on install (Rhino 8 support, btw?)

Hello, I am struggling with installation of the Grasshopper-ArchiCAD 28 Live Connection. I have Rhino 7 installed, but I am getting an error message that "Rhino is not found on this computer".

GC from ArchiCAD 27 is already uninstalled. No other version of GC is present on my machine.

Additionally – will there be a GC for Rhino 8? I still see GC for Archicad 28 still supports just Rhino 6 and 7.

(I've tried it with Rhino 8, getting the same error message. Now, only Rhino 7 is installed on my computer, so there should not be any confusion between two versions of Rhino).

Archicad 28 CZ, MacOS 15.0, M3 Max MacBook Pro

Operating system used: Mac Apple Silicon

Problem solved. A computer restart and launching and closing Rhino and Grasshopper helped. The installation then runs and the connection can be established.

Moreover, it works with Rhino 8 as well. Therefore, I'm leaving this post here for information, because the GC download page still only lists Rhino versions 6 and 7 for GC with AC28.

So, do I need Rhino 7/8 for this? I have AC28 and Rhino 6, so I hope it will work with that. But so far i only see a link for rhino 7/8.

Anybody has any clue?
