Column not rotating perpendicular to curve when base and end points aren't vertically aligned

Hey there,

I am having issues with rotating a column perpendicular to a curve when the base and end points aren't vertically aligned. The script I am using works perfectly if the base point and end point are vertically aligned. Any thoughts on what might be the issue?

See attached document for grasshopper definition.

Update: I have come to the conclusion that the definition is working, although, the columns can never be completely perpendicular to the top and bottom curves/points as this would mean that the column is twisting.

Hi there Jarrod Phillips,

I am pretty new to Rhino and the Grasshopperlive connection and not yet very comfortable with the workflow. However, as i saw your 3d result I was wondering if you would/could share your Grasshopper script. I want to realize something very similar but i don't know where to start.
