Feature request: Read/relink Drawing element placement (position, scale, source)

I've been trying to automate a workflow that requires reading the position/scale of already-placed Drawing elements on a Layout, and relinking them to a different source view. Turns out this isn't currently possible via either the official Python API or Tapir - GetDetailsOfElements returns "Not yet supported element type" for Drawings, and there's no command to change an existing Drawing's link.

Has anyone found a workaround for this, or is this feature already planned?
Would appreciate any input from the Graphisoft team or Tapir maintainers.
