What software is being used for these?

Seems to me like they just used a standard renderer like Vray or Mentalray to create still images of the different angles of the separate rooms and then stitched them together in a flash editor like Macromedia or shockwave to create the VR like tours (of you noticed, there's no smooth transition as you shift from view to view)

They also probably created brief animation clips to create the transitions for shifting from room to room but once you were withing a specific room it's all basic stills and then tie the whole thing together using a Flash editor like I mentioned.
