Hi everybody!

Anyone know more about this export files?

I am beginner in this topic and I am looking for any solution to do that or similar action for export CAD projects to gbXML.

Also I try to know more DXF to IFC convertion.

Can you help me??

We provide a free gbXML Export add-on - just log into MyCadimage and look under the Cadimage Goodies section.

Well I test this with ArchiCAD 18 and I haven´t results.

I tell you step by step all I do.

1) Crea a revit project

2) I export well to gbXML

3) I add this plugins you talk

4) I open this dxf project to ArchiCAD18

5) Then I try to export to gbXML
It show this error.
Not spaces enclosed by walls were found and no zones were places.

gbXML can only be created from a building model, i.e. something that has a floor, walls, a roof and internal spaces formed by those element. DXF carries geometry only (no walls, roofs etc) and cannot be used for importing building models.

If you want to export gbXML, you need to start with a building model. Either create one or import one from an IFC file. Our export process also requires that you clearly mark the bounds of the building exterior and all the rooms using the zone tool. For more information, please refer to the documentation.
