Energy Evaluation Net Heat Energy always 0,00

I am facing a strange problem here, as I always get 0,00 for the Net-Heating Energy value no matter what kind of settings are choosen. Is this an issue or do I miss something out? I do not get any errors and actually it is just a very simple sample house with very few room. Any ideas?

We made a quick test with the default settings and it worked as it should be. I'm wondering if you could share a small PLN file with us, where the issue can be replicated? Please let me know if you need a secure place to upload the file also.
