EcoDesigner Installation problem

THIMC, I have installed the EcoDesigner application on two different machines with the same dongle for ArchiCAD V12 and I get the same error message. The dongle is working as Archicad loads up on both Windows XP and Windows Vista x64.
The error message is

Protection key not found or not valid for Ecodesigner (1050017)
Note: to use EcoDesigner in demo mode, switch blah blah blah.
OK

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Have you gone to the website to upgrade your dongle to include the Ecodesigner license?
I had to do that for MEP so I am asuming it will be the same deal for Ecodesigner.

Web address and directions were missing in postage of ecodesigner. Dongle rego'd now.

Try https://upgrade.graphisoft.com with IE or Safari. It worked for me

anyone with lib problems after eco installation ??
