BUG? ecodesigner simulation ArchiCAD 16 dont work on XP

Ecodesigner in ArchiCAD 16 works on Windows Vista but not on Windows XP.

I get a message that the climate file cant open and does not exist, when I try it on Windows XP.

No problem on Windows Vista.

I used the a very simple model.

I have received an email from Graphisoft Support, and while it tried to be useful it didn't solve my problem, meanwhile I have found what was causing the errors on my System, it seems that Ecodesigner is incompatible with Windows XP SP3 Portuguese language version, giving errors like: 10 “Climate File could not opened” 42 “Climate file does not exist”.

I run the same project in a Windows XP SP3 English version on the same hardware and no problems!

So it seems that's a Windows XP SP3 Portuguese version incompatibility, don't know of other languages.
