Energy ratings and council approvals

Where are we in getting our Eco-Designer calculated energy ratings approved by our Australian authorities? How much longer must we, as Archicad users, calculate the ratings manually when all the information for doing so is already included in our building model? Are we protecting the employment of energy raters, or are there real reasons for delaying such approvals?

Hi,

We(GSHQ & GSAUS) pushing EcoDesigner* development in the direction so that we can get the software validated according to Green Star AU/NABERS, BCA Section J and NatHERS. GSHQ is currently working on LEED (USA) and then w e will be focusing on the AUS energy accreditation and protocols.
