What is the best practice in keeping them all synchronized so they work correctly across all the files. <BR /> <BR /> These projects are on a BIM server. So opening them is not possible like a solo file would be. I am having to make XML files. Then getting the data to move into the files cleaning and not loose the reference in the merged file. And since they are on a BIM server, they happen to also be TEAMwork files. So to do this updating, all the other staff need to not have anything i am working on reserved. <BR /> <BR /> Seeking some ideas.
