    <description>You should have been asked to create an administrator user/password when installing.&lt;BR /&gt;

One possible solution was&lt;BR /&gt;

&lt;BLOCKQUOTE&gt;The problem so simple indeed...that is because of my default browser.. &lt;BR /&gt;
so my step is : &lt;BR /&gt;
01. Uninstall another browser &lt;BR /&gt;
02. Change IE (Internet Explorer) as my default browser &lt;BR /&gt;
03. After hit "START" then configuration page for new administrator user appear in IE browser successfully... &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
After that i can install another fav browser....n run my BIM server &lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;</description>

      <description>I found the problem.  I can log in from a different computer, but not from the computer where the Bim Server is installed.  From the bimserver computer, I get an "Invalid login name or password" error message.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
User name is Master Administrator.  This works from a second computer, along with the password I created when installing the bimserver.</description>

      <description>As far as I saw, for me the default user name was&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;B&gt;masteradmin&lt;/B&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
but you had to set  password for it.</description>

I restarted the server computer, and now I can sign in from both computers. The user name Master Administrator doesn't work.  I need to use the short form masteradmin, as laszlonagy pointed out.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Here is what happened when I did it successfully: &lt;BR /&gt;
Clicking the icon for BIM Server Manager 18 on the dock of the server computer opens the default browser (Safari) and goes to the address 120.0.0.1:1228.  This connects to the (local) BIM Server, and brings up the login screen.</description>

The 127.0.0.1 IP address is usually the address of a proxy.</description>
