Check this thread:
<LINK_TEXT text="http://archicad-talk.graphisoft.com/vie ... hp?t=33817">http://archicad-talk.graphisoft.com/viewtopic.php?t=33817</LINK_TEXT>

Sometimes if you move your camera position a bit in 3D, that helps and things are cut differently by the view cone of the camera in 3D.

Or you can try to find the element that may be causing the problem using the method described here:

What I wrote was about the fact that some element is causing the problem and you need to find it, then delete it and recreate it.
You found the element, or maybe you already knew it was the one that was causing the problem. Then you copy-pasted it, which is also a good solution. When pasting an element into a project, ArchiCAD checks and fixes the element if there is some problem with it. So it achieves the same as deleting and recreating it.

By the way, what exactly was the problem with the Wall?

Thank you.
I had a wall with few windows. I updated/changes the wall's composite. Suddenly the wall did not cut through, where the windows were (some of them). And I kept getting the Internal Cut error messege when entered the 3D mode.
So I copied and pasted the same wall, back into it's original location and the problem was gone.
