I would recommend to remove the free BIMx App from your iPad. Then open the BIMx transfer site in a browser like Safari. Click on the model and it should open in your BIMx Docs App.

<T>We paid for the full versions of the BIMX DOCS app on our ipad, however when we publish the hyper model to the cloud server we cant find it in the app. We can however see it in the regular BimX app, the free version. Is there a step Im missing.

Thanks
