Sorry, then I don't have any good suggestions besides a possible reinstall, then update again. Maybe cleaning preferences as well?:
Eduardo,

BIM Server ≠ BIMcloud

It appears that you are trying to run the BIMcloud update on your BIM Server. Use the ArchiCAD-18-Update-5100 update on both ArchiCAD workstations and on the BIM Server. Same update since BIM Server is a free component of owning an ArchiCAD license.

However, I see the dilemma since the error in ArchiCAD refers to the BIM Server as BIMcloud Manager. I will bring this to the attention of the product team.

Best regards,

I have similar problem where I can not install BIM Server because is says I need to remove an older program first. I tired and can see not trace of it but it must still be running some file I can't get to.

How can I delete all files of a BIM Server/BIM Server Manager/ BIM Cloud...?

Problem solved for me too. I had to re-install the BIM Cloud so I could un-install it properly. Had to disable Services first. Ended up re-installing Windows 7 x64 completely, re-loading all system drivers...it was a 10 hour ordeal. Works great now. I probably did not need to do all of that but I am not a computer expert so I can only do things the hard way most of the time.

In any case, The BIM Cloud was a problem for me.

I just ran the Archicad 5100 update again (the first time I used it to update only archicad), but this time it updated the BIM automatically to 5100 version. And it works perfectly now!
