TW user icons greyed out?

see attached image for explanation.
I have 'greyed out' TW icons eventhough we are ALL logged in and online...what gives? How to fix?

What happens if you send in changes, leave the project, then rejoin?

humm...well, I'll have to try that one.
All I did was "delete the TWdata folder".
thought that would do it...but I haven't gone further to actually "LEAVE" the project....

I'll do that right now...and report findings back.

Las,
just did what you suggested...to no avail.
results are same...still "greyed out" user avatars in my TW file.
....what other suggestions can you offer?

deleted the TWdata folder, that didn't do it.
LEFT project, that didn't do it.

what else....sir?

also...forgot to add....all the users on our TW project have the same display...greyed out avatars for users joined or unjoined to the project.
they all look the same.

GS....guys this is KILLIN' US here. we installed the latest HOTFIX and ever since then...everyone who has the latest hotfix has this issue.

We can't even determine a "request" sent from other users....WTH is going on here???

was just told by GS Archiplus folks that Java Version 7 - Upgrade 21 "could be" potentially causing a problem with Archicad's communication?
WTH is going on folks?
I know that GS, Oracle, Microsoft, and APPLE are all at "war" but....come on guys..can't we all just get along?

No...not all of us are on the same build.
thing is...we have 2 BIMServers. One bim server is setup for a specific project we are doing in a joint-venture type manner. The other BIMserver holds the rest of the TW projects in the office. Therefore....the dudes who have the first BIMServer don't have this issue.

I'll check this morning to see if our I.T. folks were able to update the JAVA software to JAVA V.7 - update 21 and see if the avatars get fixed.

update guys!...it definitely was the JAVA version upgrade which knocked out the Messaging port on the BIMserver software.
So...for those of you who get your TW avatar icons greyed out...first check to make sure the PC/server where your BIMServer software resides has the latest JAVA version (I think that was version 7-upgrade 21) was what I was told from GS techs.....thanks for resolving this for us.
