we spoke to GS ARchiplus tech support, we spoke to our I.T. guys...here are the findings:

1. we had two versions of java (JAVA 6/upgrade 35 and JAVA 7/upgrade 21).
2. they "appear" to be conflicting with each other according to G.S.
3. we needed to remove JAVA 6
4. also, remove the TW Messaging file from the server (BIM Server): folder/files are located at:
a.	C:/Drive (server drive)/Program Files/Graphisoft/BIMServer/ServerModule/1600/TW Messaging/DATA (the DATA folder could be removed).

that should do it.
then once JAVA7 is the "THE ONLY JAVA VERSION ON THE SERVER" (where the BIM Server software resides)...this should clear up the problem.

Hope this helps someone for future occurances....keeping fingers crossed that this is cure.

I wonder sometimes on all this 'voo-doo BIM'.
