https://community.graphisoft.com/t5/Teamwork-BIMcloud/JAVA-issues-again-with-TW-and-messaging-communication/m-p/153993#M2143 we spoke to GS ARchiplus tech support, we spoke to our I.T. guys...here are the findings:<BR /> <BR /> 1. we had two versions of java (JAVA 6/upgrade 35 and JAVA 7/upgrade 21).<BR /> 2. they "appear" to be conflicting with each other according to G.S.<BR /> 3. we needed to remove JAVA 6<BR /> 4. also, remove the TW Messaging file from the server (BIM Server): folder/files are located at: <BR /> a. <B>C:/Drive (server drive)/Program Files/Graphisoft/BIMServer/ServerModule/1600/TW Messaging/DATA (the DATA folder could be removed).</B><BR /> <BR /> that should do it.<BR /> then once JAVA7 is the "THE ONLY JAVA VERSION ON THE SERVER" (where the BIM Server software resides)...this should clear up the problem.<BR /> <BR /> Hope this helps someone for future occurances....keeping fingers crossed that this is cure.<BR /> <BR /> I wonder sometimes on all this 'voo-doo BIM'.
