There is a long delay recieving with the Teamwork Messaging

Hello- I'm currently supporting a user, Archicad 14, who is having a problem with receiving requests and messages through the Teamwork messaging feature. She is accessing a remote BIM server, but her fellow project team members are not experiencing the issue, in fact when she sends them a message they receive it and respond in turn but the user with the issue does not get the response until much later.

I've found some other posts about there being issues with the server not having an older version of Java compared to the user workstations but as i mentioned only one user is having the issue. I verified that she is using the same version of Java as the other team members.

I'm VERY new to Archicad, one of the requirements from the client of this project was to use Archicad so we're kind of flying by the seat of our pants a little bit. Any information is very appreciated.

It could be simple to solve by restarting the BIM Server.
